The support package acts as the core of your service, providing you with our dedicated support from our team, core services such as security patches, proactive monitoring and bug investigations (to name a few).
We offer multiple different tiers of support package that are suitable for everyone, from the new startup app with 50 users, to the full scale platform with 100,000 concurrent users.

Hourly Blocks
We offer development hour blocks that are utilised to accompany our support packages. Once you have selected a support package, simply purchase a block of development hours for use whenever we need to fix a bug, or build new features on top of your app.
Hourly blocks can be purchased ad-hoc, or as part of a fixed fee retainer depending on preference.
