Once we understood the core mission of Qbell, we set about creating a robust and agile strategy for the technology that would power the growth of the startup business. Monetisation was extremely important to the business to ensure that it can generate sufficient revenue in its first few years of trading. We integrated a full subscription service to the app that unlocked more features for subscribed users
Visitors needed a fast way to interact with the home owner. To achieve this, we created a lightweight web based instant messenger that did not require visitors to download any app - it opens direct from the scan of the custom QR code
To have a custom QR code on your front door, we needed to create a custom QR code generator to enable all customers to have a truly unique doorbell QR code.
